The U21 Netherlands international is one among the various footballers out on loan from the Blues, as the PL club still boast a huge army of footballers who are developing elsewhere.

Gallagher is on loan to Crystal Palace, and Chelsea could demand £50m if someone wishes to get him outright. Ian has a deal with the Blues until 2024 and is already attracting interest from many teams.
Owing to his decent displays, even Barcelona showed interest during the winter transfer window, although it's died down since. Feyenoord are the newest club to show their attention towards Ian, as they need the previous PSV defender back within the Eredivisie.
