Mateo Kovacic and Kai Havertz scored shocking objectives as Chelsea booked their spot in the knockout phases of the Heroes Association with a 2-1 against Red Bull Salzburg in Austria.
The 2022/23 UEFA Champions League round of 16 draw is scheduled for 12:00 CET on Monday 7 November at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.

How the Champions League last-16 draw works
- The draw features 16 teams: the winners and the runners-up from each of the eight Champions League groups.
- Two seeding pots will be formed: one consisting of the eight group winners (seeded teams) and the other of the eight runners-up (unseeded teams).
- No team can play a club from their group or any side from their own association. Any other restrictions will be announced ahead of the draw ceremony.
- Seeded group winners will play away in the round of 16 first legs and are at home in the return matches.
Graham Potter's side are top of Gathering E with one game leftover, and he anticipates that his group should get stunningly better in the following stage, saying "the more possibilities you make, the more the quality will come through".

Chelsea supervisor Graham Potter says their movement to the Heroes Association knockout stage is a major move toward the group's improvement under him.
They fixed their spot in the last-16 with a 2-1 win against Red Bull Salzburg in Austria - a triumph which finished a 40-match unbeaten record for the home side.
Talking after the match, Potter said: "It's difficult to make chances against this group yet we did, we made great possibilities from great play.

"We've had a great deal of games and disturbance as far as central members missing, however they've answered all around well and to go through in the Heroes Association, it's a phenomenal exertion. We will do whatever it may take, this evening was one of those."
Despite the fact that they had a lot of possibilities, Chelsea never killed the game off totally, however Potter says that isn't a concern for him.

The hosts balanced right off the bat in the final part through Junior Adamu, before Kai Havertz fixed progress into the knockout stages for Potter's side with a lovely left-footed twisted strike from the edge of the area, which kissed the crossbar on its way in.
For Gallagher it was a first Bosses Association start, and he said: "It's a truly pleased second, I needed to give a decent presentation and for us to get the success. Ideally I can push on after this."

"Each game is vital and we have a great deal of them so everybody should be prepared. Ideally we can carry on in the structure we're in," he said.
Chelsea are top of Gathering E with 10 places and face Dinamo Zagreb at Stamford Scaffold next Wednesday in the last match of the gathering stage.
